Job description
The role
The Communications Coordinator will support the One Europe Brand, Communications and Marketing team at Clifford Chance. This role involves assisting in the execution of the communications strategy for our European offices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Brand, Communications and other team members across the region to enhance the firm's brand presence and thought leadership. Key responsibilities include drafting press releases, intranet articles, and social media posts – all supported by AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the firm's communications strategy, aligned with priority growth areas and tailored to European markets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, intranet articles, and other internal and external communications materials, utilising the firm's AI tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Work with the digital team to support digital and social media strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and reach in the region.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of communications activities and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
Your experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is desirable.
- Some experience in internal and external communications, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Familiarity with digital communications tools and platforms, including AI – you will be expected to use the firm's AI tools to draft communications.
- Basic knowledge of the European market.
