Job Purpose
We are seeking fresh engineering graduate (B.Tech/MCA/equivalent) who is looking to make his/her career in IT Infrastructure and End User Computing.
This is a very fast paced and dynamic role that requires someone that can think on their feet, is very proactive and has exceptional attention detail. The person must also be very structured, and process driven to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Focus
- Maximise face-to-face contact with the user in any interaction, while being mindful of the fact that we are working with typically time-starved users.
- Develops job knowledge and expertise (theoretical and practical) through continual professional development.
- Works in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way.
- Follows procedures and policies.
Technical Support
- Become conversant with Servers, PC operating systems, and Peripheral equipment.
- Assist the IT Service Desk / Technical analysts with operational functions as required. This includes dealing with basic written and verbal enquiries and requests effectively and courteously.
- Regularly monitor the ITSM Service Now queue to ensure that tickets are assigned in a timely manner within the IT team.
- Work closely with the other Technical Support Analysts and Functional Support Analysts for learning and experience.
- To support the IT Client Services team in delivering an efficient and effective service. Leveraging Knowledge Base articles where needed.
- Assist with financial administration activities, including processing IT invoices, running reports, keeping track of IT spending, sending inventory reports, etc, and ensuring weekly/monthly deadlines are met.
- Assist the team in project work during new initiatives and upgrades including related testing before/during rollouts.
- Any other duties specified to support the team's operational requirements.

- Should seek the advice of the assigned mentor in relation to difficult or contentious decisions.
- Must work to attain optimum performance in own areas of responsibility.
- May be requested to carry out additional work as could reasonably be required.

Qualifications
- We are seeking fresh engineering graduate who is looking to make his/her career in IT infrastructure and End User Computing.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products and software such as Outlook Email, Word, Excel and Power point.
- Interest in customer service and delivering quality services. Attention to detail is an important skill to ensure accuracy.
What you will learn
- A range of technological skills, including accessing remote systems, file manipulation, file editing, changing system or application settings, system administration, setting up and upgrading components (infrastructure or software).
- Understanding Clifford Chance's policies, standards, legislation, security requirements, professional ethics, privacy, and confidentiality, and understanding escalation procedures.
- The main components within an IT solution include how hardware and software components work together.
- Become conversant with servers, PC operating systems, and peripheral equipment.
