The role
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir ab sofort für 6-12 Monate eine*n Praktikant*in (m/w/d) für 40 Stunden pro Woche für den Bereich IT.
Was Sie erwartet
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung anfallender IT-Anfragen per Telefon, via Fernwartung oder vor Ort
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen IT-Teams in Großbritannien und Indien zur Lösung von Anfragen
- Mitarbeit bei globalen Projekten, die lokale Umsetzung erfordern
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, wie bspw. die Vorbereitung des Equipments für neue Mitarbeiter
Qualifikationen
Was Sie auszeichnet
Sie studieren Informatik mit Schwerpunkt IT oder verfügen über entsprechende Berufserfahrung. Sie bringen erste Kenntnisse in gängiger Hard- und Software (Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 / 365, Google Chrome) mit und verfügen über eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise. Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
