My career at Clifford Chance is not long, as I joined the team less than a year ago as a Head of Receptionists. After 15 years of working in the hotel industry, I decided to try my hand at a completely different environment, but as a member of the Business Professional team with a very similar scope of responsibilities and expectations. 

The reception in every office, in every corporation, is the place of first contact, is at the heart of ensuring our clients' needs are met and that we deliver an outstanding service every time, but it is also a department that closely cooperates with all departments in the office. When changing my career path, I heard that the legal environment is not an easy place to work - perhaps, but I only met open, smiling and very kind people here, and a workplace that maintain a balance between private and professional life.

Working with people is my passion and fondness - I think I'm in the right place.
