The Training Programme
The programme is a two-year training contract with a clear promotion path to associate level.
Development highlights
Rotation through different practice areas, paid study leave for bar exam (one month), academy training on legal skills and business skills (in Beijing, Shanghai or Hong Kong), access to online training courses and local seminars and trainee/associate workshops.
Compensation and benefits
First-year trainees are paid RMB37,000 per month, with second-year trainees paid RMB40,000 per month, 22 days' annual leave, medical and dental insurance, and life insurance.
Internships
We provide three months internships, with a clear progression to trainee level. We accept applications throughout the year.

Trainees are assigned to practice groups, given supervisor/buddy support, and encouraged to work as a team member on transactions. They are provided with access to online training courses, local seminars and trainee/associate workshops.
