Being still at the beginning of my career, the most important thing for me is the sense that my workspace gives me both a lot of challenges and room for continuous learning, even if it involves making mistakes. 

I am fortunate to have joined Energy and Natural Resources Group in the Warsaw office, where every person is always eager to offer their support and invite to work together on solving even the most challenging tasks. When I decided to join the Natural Resources Group, I had a personal interest in the renewable energy, while I did not yet have any substantive experience in the field. Fortunately, I came across leaders who were able to guide my experience from the very beginning and thus encouraged me to remain a member of the team on a permanent basis. 

I joined the firm in June 2022, and while I cannot speak from the perspective of someone who has been with Clifford Chance for a long time, if I were to give advice to myself when I was looking for my first work experience, and therefore - to anyone at the early stages of their career, my first recommendation would be to have a lot of faith in yourself and your abilities. What I've learned over time is that everyone started out at some point, and as long as you surround yourself with kind people who understand that learning is part of gaining experience, you're on the right track. 

Ever since I was a student, I have cared about being involved in pro-social projects, so one of the aspects for which I value my work the most is the opportunity to participate in pro bono cases. I identify with the company's values of being committed to helping individuals and organizations that are in need of professional legal assistance but, due to various factors, cannot have access to it.

What I'm most satisfied with, evaluating my time so far in the Warsaw Clifford Chance Office, is that there is always room for additional development. Whether this is expressed in joining projects, which are never the same and always offer a new perspective, or in developing my professional qualifications by participating in postgraduate studies, the support and understanding are always there for me.
