Innovation & Best Delivery

We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of legal innovation, focused on being an early adopter in order to benefit our clients and ultimately give them a competitive advantage. Based in Singapore, our Create+65 innovation lab identifies, incubates, tests and pilots new legal technology solutions to enhance the firm's, and the wider industry's, service offer to clients. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and in collaboration with the Singapore Academy of Law's Future Law Innovation Programme (FLIP), Create+65 brings together venture capitalists, start-ups, product owners and developers, universities and private institutions, to share knowledge and develop and test new legal services tools and solutions. Create+65 focused on solving issues in six key areas: document drafting; management and analytics; natural language processing and machine learning; regulations and compliance; data protection; and security and access to justice.

Our award-winning Innovation & Best Delivery programme focuses on redesigning the way lawyers work, covering three main aims: understanding needs and designing solutions; legal project management; and driving best practice. We have a wide range of experts leading the team and they continue to offer both our lawyers and clients new ways of working, resulting in a more robust, consistent, efficient and innovative service.

Create+65 Innovators is a dynamic initiative where start-ups can collaborate with Clifford Chance within an environment of exploration. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and in collaboration with the Singapore Academy of Law’s Future Law Innovation Programme (FLIP), Create+65 brings together venture capitalists, start-ups, product owners and developers, universities and private institutions, to share knowledge and develop and test new solutions for client challenges.
