Embracing the spirit of New York

Embracing the spirit of New York

From the moment you step into our new office in New York, you’re greeted by the breathtaking Manhattan skyline. Limitless and full of possibility, this space sets the tone for a bright future. Located in Manhattan West, we enjoy four floors incorporating the latest technology and design to foster a sustainable, collaborative workspace focused on the wellbeing of our teams.

A forward-thinking approach to how we work showcases open workspaces, abundant natural light, standing desks, cosy lounges and collaboration hubs, and tech-enabled focus, conference and team rooms.

It's not just about work, our new space brings colleagues together to share ideas, connect, and reset. Whether it's a casual meeting on the terrace, a cocktail event at our 42nd floor bar, or a client meeting in our dedicated spaces (all named after New York Landmarks), this new home in the Big Apple is designed to harness the power of a truly global team from a truly global city.

Stepping into our recently refurbished Washington, DC office is like stepping into the future! Our new space won two awards from the National Association of Industry & Offices DC/Maryland for Best Interior Design and Best of the Best Interior Design (under 10,000 sq. ft). First refurbished in November 2019 and expanded in 2023, our team enjoys amenities including a modern cafe, rooftop terrace, and fitness center.

Our colleagues welcome natural light, standing desks, and conference and team rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art features including digital whiteboards and large-scale telepresence for collaboration and integration with the global network. The design reflects how we work: as a team, by creating both open and concealed spaces for meeting and socializing," says L&DR partner, Michelle Williams.

Above all, the most unique feature of the new space is found the moment you enter reception: a digital wall streaming live scenes from our other offices across the globe. This reflects how we come together and work as one global firm, irrespective of location.

"Our offices are designed to create a fresh and inviting environment for our clients and our team. Through tech-savvy collaboration hubs and common meeting areas we have lots of places to work together (or get together for a coffee break). "
