A paralegal provides assistance with legal transactions, working in a team with solicitors. Typical tasks include reviewing documents for legal issues/disagreements, redacting confidential information, and conducting legal research.

You are eligible for a Paralegal Apprenticeship if you have a non-law degree or have three A' Levels or equivalent (all A' Levels are accepted) with a grade C or above and have a grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English.

Time management, communication, organisation, enthusiastic, team player and attention to detail.

If you already have a Law degree from the UK or elsewhere, you will not be eligible to receive funding for a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship as a Law degree is too similar and would be classed as a duplication of learning

There are no age restrictions to be eligible for a Paralegal Apprenticeship

The Paralegal Apprenticeship is based in Newcastle.
