My journey with Clifford Chance began in 2008, and it has been a fulfilling journey. My long tenure in the firm reflects the firm’s genuine commitment to its people. From starting as a consultant to now holding an executive leadership role, my growth has been consistently supported by the firm through meaningful opportunities and trust. One of the most transformative aspects of my development has been the exposure to diverse experiences, including enriching international secondments that expanded both my skillset and global outlook. Today, I lead a team that plays a key role in supporting lawyers across Clifford Chance’s global network, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality legal services.
What do you like most about your job?
What I value most is the ability to drive efficiency across a globally connected team. My role combines legal expertise with leadership, making processes smoother, and talent development, allowing me to make a meaningful impact both within the team and across the firm.
