"Our aim is to guide you through all aspects of our application process. We will work with you to provide individual support, where appropriate, to remove or reduce barriers for an applicant or employee with a disability and/or long-term health condition to ensure everyone has access to the same opportunities.  So if you're thinking of applying, please don't hesitate to reach out to us." Application process

Diversity, equity and inclusion is at the heart of our culture. We will consider and make reasonable adjustments, where appropriate, within our application process to ensure you have equal access to opportunities. We understand that there’s not a “one size fits all” approach to adjustments and it can be difficult to share your lived experience – whether that's around a visible or non-visible disability, neurodiversity, a long-term health condition or injury.

However, it is helpful for you to share your lived experience so we can discuss reasonable adjustment needs. Any conversations we have will be treated confidentially.
