The role
The broad scope of this role involves learning the processes and activities the function of Tax, Treasury and Partner Remuneration... As the team comprises of three sub functions – Central Tax support, Treasury and Partner Remuneration and the members are Experts from a variety of disciplines within the finance function, the role will work together with members and the Head of TTPR (India Operations), onshore counterparts in London and other finance members in global offices.
Key responsibilities
- Learn to work with a team on matters related to Day to Day Treasury Operations like Weekly Cash Report, Bank Credit Ratings, Training on Bank documentations, Cash related reports etc.
- Undergo training to perform accounting & reconciliations of Partner Accounts.
- To undergo thru training around database maintenance of Partner profits & pay-outs.
- Learning the processes of UK Taxation.
- Working as a part of a team to assist in preparation of policies related to process.
Qualifications
Your experience
- You should be a Graduate / Intermediate CA/ MBA candidate.
- You should be proactive, quick learner, and focus on work with key attention to detail. You will have the ability to work autonomously but under Firm guiding principles.
- You will have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
