Associate in Corporate

The Role

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Associate in the Corporate department focusing on M&A.

Who are we looking for?

The firm's offer is addressed to persons who have completed their qualifications as advocates or legal advisers and have at least two years of experience. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the world of mergers and acquisitions and are willing to support our leading corporate practice which is second to none.

Your experience

We are looking for people who, in addition to a solid legal education, are interested in and have a good understanding of the M&A and private equity world. Our preferred candidates should have an analytical mind, be results- and team-oriented, ambitious, responsible, have a creative approach to problem-solving and are well-mannered and behave with integrity. Candidates must also have a very good command of English.
