The Role
Job Purpose
The business development executive is responsible for ensuring that the function provides a word class service of business development and pitches. The remit is to be responsible to the output and delivery of pitches and RFP's for Saudi and to utilise the global standardised of tools, techniques and infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and project management on a portfolio of pitches (including strategic planning, pricing, preparation of documents, rehearsals and presentations and post tender review)
- Working closely with partners and BD management to create and maintain momentum in winning new business.
- Support the team in arranging client events.
- Oversee the marketing content for the regions socials media channels (LinkedIn and Website).
- Analyse incoming pitch opportunities and being a trusted advisor in proposing go or no go decisions to Partners.
- Leading meetings, agreeing strategy and messaging, drafting and reviewing content from a marketing perspective.
- Play an active role in obtaining post-pitch feedback from clients and also facilitate internal pitch debriefs.
- Assist in the development of first-class proposals best practice and delivery to the practice area and regional team.
- You will be expected to bring innovation and new ideas to proposals.
- You will be continually developing best practice.
Your experience
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
