This role moves beyond executing transactions to owning the governance, performance, and optimization of the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle across all offices supported by the Hub.

You will oversee a growing multi office, multi jurisdictional billing & collections operation, ensuring consistent standards, strong internal controls, and high quality service delivery to Partners, Lawyers, and local office Finance teams.

The role is central to the Warsaw Hub, where the Hub becomes a standardized, scalable nearshore service with transparent KPIs, codified governance, robust escalation mechanisms, and clear accountability.

  • Chair or co-lead routines ensuring alignment between the Commercial Hub delivery, office expectations, and One Europe Commercial Finance strategy.
  • Act as the escalation point for Commercial Hub related matters, ensuring fast resolution without jeopardizing client relationships.
  • Identify bottlenecks and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and client satisfaction.

Transformation, Standardisation & Change Management

  • Drive the Hub’s standardisation and governance to enable scalable expansion for additional OE offices.
  • Effectively implement change by following a structured change management and communication's framework.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement enhancements across the O2C lifecycle.
  • Support transitions of new offices into the Hub, managing planning, knowledge transfer, and risk mitigation.

Operational Excellence and Customer Experience

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all billing and collection activities performed by Commercial Hub.
  • Oversee dispute management and escalation pathways in collaboration with Commercial Advisors, Commercial Finance Managers and local office teams.
  • Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring adherence to global billing & collections policies, IFRS, local GAAP, and internal controls.
  • Monitor adherence to global billing arrangements, compliance requirements, and external client terms.
  • Manage capacity planning, task prioritization, workload allocation, month end resourcing, and cross training within the Commercial Hub team.
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction to inform continuous improvement efforts towards a frictionless experience

Leadership of the Warsaw Commercial Hub Team

  • Lead and develop Commercial Hub team ensuring capability uplift, cross‑training, and professional development.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the Hub.
  • Ensure team members are cross‑skilled in both billing and collections, while preserving a balanced distribution of responsibilities.
  • Partner with HR and Finance leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with local Heads of Finance and Commercial Advisors across One Europe offices.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by ensuring timely escalations, clear communication, and transparent KPI reporting.
  • Coordinate with Pricing, Legal Project Management, and broader One Finance teams to support seamless integration of commercial processes.
  • Act as the primary Hub representative in regional commercial forums.
  • Build strong relationships across the firm to support transitions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
