Job description
Responsibility
As part of a team of Assistants, you will be responsible for providing evening administrative support to the team of lawyers, including, among other tasks:
- Document Management: scanning, photocopying, and printing documents as required;
- Document Formatting: ensuring all documents are properly formatted according to the Company's and departmental standards;
- Administrative Support: handling basic administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing the shipment of documents, and more.
- Working hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Computer skills in MS Office;
- Good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
- Reliability;
- Involvement;
- High personal culture.
