The role

You will coordinate a range of workstreams across the Global Talent Acquisition network, which will help us improve our marketing, targeting, candidate experience and sourcing, and drive campaigns across social media to amplify and promote our employer branding and our offering. 

Who you will work with

You will sit within the Global HR Service Delivery team and work in close partnership with the global Talent Acquisition network and the Brand, Communications and Marketing teams to deliver employer branding activity globally across the Firm.

What you will be responsible for

You will take lead on showcasing Clifford Chance as the employer of choice via social media and be an ambassador for employer brand content and stories on our career platforms.

You will provide copy writing and proof-reading support for our global offices careers content and generating innovative ideas to support their recruitment initiatives online. 

What you will do

Clifford Chance Employer Brand

  • Content creation and support for social media career platforms, including the use of AI and digital tools to support content creation, copy drafting, localisation and optimisation of employer brand messaging across recruitment channels.
  • Supporting the development of employer brand marketing capability linked to our CRM, enabling more targeted, personalised and timely engagement with early‑career and experienced‑hire talent pools.
  • Monitoring and updating a number of online platforms, such as Glassdoor/Indeed to ensure that our brand presence on these sites is consistent and showcases the best of our employer brand.
  • Leveraging data, analytics and AI‑enabled insights to evaluate channel performance, identify trends and inform recommendations across social media and careers platforms.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment marketing showcases Clifford Chance as an inclusive employer of choice globally.
  • Assisting with generating content for Employer Brand toolkits for recruiters (organising and maintaining image galleries/sub brand guidelines).

Social media activity

  • Social media content generation, such as copy and caption writing, connecting with offices globally to plan and develop campaigns.
  • Undertaking a review of current social media output and making recommendations.
  • Supporting with the creation of marketing plans and content calendars.
  • Measuring and repurposing content to maximize exposure.

Research and review

  • Conducting competitor research across careers related marketing channels and social media, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Monitoring performance of our key digital channels (podcast/social/Glassdoor/Indeed/LinkedIn Career Posts).
  • Explore new and emerging AI‑driven marketing tools that enhance reach, targeting, inclusivity and candidate engagement, sharing best practice with the global recruitment network.
     

Qualifications

Your experience

  • You will have experience in employer branding, corporate branding or marketing, and/or have worked within a global or international organisation.
  •  You will have a strong passion and understanding of corporate brands in the market and a keen interest in the evolving developments within social media, digital marketing and employer branding, with the ability to maximise brand awareness on platforms to reach our target demographic.
  • You will have strong copy writing, proof reading and content creation skills.  A flair for creative writing and storytelling would be advantageous.
  • You will have flexible and effective written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • You will have strong relationship building skills with confidence working across multiple stakeholders, teams or regions.
  • You will be results driven and self-motivated with an interest in measuring performance and using insights to inform improvements.
  • You will be highly organised and coordinated, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and deal with competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You will be confident in learning and using new systems,  technologies and AI-enabled tools, with sound judgement around quality, accuracy, inclusivity and brand tone
