We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager specializing in Workday Human Capital Management. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday system, HR processes, and the ability to drive successful outcomes for our Firm.
Skills/ Experience:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience is required, working with a global multi national organisation.
Previous experience directly managing a team of up to 5 members, setting goals and objectives, reviewing performance and an ability to coach and develop
Demonstrated experience successfully managing global projects.
Must possess strong organizational and project management skills and business acumen
Strong stakeholder management experience is required. Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across geographies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization
In-depth understanding of HR operations and processes
Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative.
