Job description
The role
- Answering the telephone and connecting telephone calls.
- Providing meeting support.
- Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings.
- Collecting letters and parcels.
- Liaising with courier companies. Sending parcels and letters by courier.
- Caring for the positive image of our law firm.
- Providing day-to-day assistance to other members of the Clifford Chance team.
- Working from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Who are we looking for
- fluency in Polish and English;
- computer skills in MS Office;
- good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
- reliability;
- involvement;
- high personal culture.
