The role
Are you a student living in Riyadh and interested in gaining insight into life at a leading international law firm? AS&H Clifford Chance invites applications for our Summer Internship Programme, a short-term internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to legal work.
Running between June and August, this internship offers a valuable introduction to the legal profession in Saudi Arabia and the role international law firms play in supporting complex, high-impact matters across the Kingdom. You will work alongside our lawyers and business professionals, gaining practical experience and insight into our collaborative and high-performing culture.
This programme provides an excellent foundation for students considering a future career in law or professional service
You will have the opportunity to:

Interns will gain exposure to one or more of the following practice areas, depending on business needs and preferences:
- Public Policy
- Corporate / Capital Markets
- Banking & Finance
- Litigation
Eligibility
- Saudi nationality
- Be current university students
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning about the legal profession in Saudi Arabia
- Be available to complete the internship during the June–August period within Riyadh
- Prior legal experience is not required.
- Be on track for a minimum academic GPA of 4.5/5.0 or 3.5/4.0
