Our Secondee Stories
At Clifford Chance, over a quarter of our trainees are on international secondment at any given time, reflecting the truly global nature of our work. These secondments offer a unique chance to immerse yourself in new cultures, collaborate with international clients, and broaden your legal perspective. To support you every step of the way, we offer language lessons, handle all logistics from visas to accommodation, and connect you with current trainees on the ground. You’ll also have ongoing support from our Global Mobility and London Early Talent Development teams to ensure you get the most from the experience, both professionally and personally.
