Job description
The Italy KETL Team is responsible for identifying, capturing, utilizing, and sharing legal knowledge and expertise across the Firm.
The team primarily oversees:
- Training: Organizing periodic seminars, induction sessions, and training events for internal Fee Earners and clients.
- Library and Research Support: Managing databases and providing research assistance.
- Legislative Updates: Collecting and distributing updates, news, and guidelines from relevant authorities.
- Knowhow and Templates: Gathering legal precedents and producing/updating templates.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with all our practice areas—Corporate M&A, Global Financial Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Tax, Pensions & Employment—through jurisprudential and doctrinal research. You may also serve as a point of reference in the library, assisting with tools like X-lege and helping locate collections.
This experience will help you develop exceptional organizational and research skills.

- You are ideally at the fourth or at the beginning of fifth year of university, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
- You are interested in exploring and approaching an international law firm and deepening your knowledge of the different practices of a firm, with the aim of identifying one of your interests for your future career.
- You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to managing different work-streams.
