Job description
The Role
- Daily assistance to the lawyer;
- Document Management: scanning, photocopying, and printing documents as required;
- Document Formatting: ensuring all documents are properly formatted according to the Company's and departmental standards;
- Organising meetings;
- Administrative Support: handling basic administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing the shipment of documents, handling invoices and more;
- May be asked to provide other general assistance as needed.

Your experience
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Computer skills in MS Office;
- Good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
