Job Description
We are looking for an Associate to join our Banking & Finance group in Global Financial Market in Singapore.
Based in Singapore, this practice has an excellent market reputation and will provide the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.
Qualifications
To be successful you must
- Be 1 – 3 PQE (on the UK scale)
- Be common law qualified
- Have experience in advising transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking & finance, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance.
- Have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients.
- Have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, and excellent transactional and management skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups.
- Display a considerable appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities
- Have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring junior team members
