- Managing end-to-end delivery of Global Town Halls, including logistics, set-up, promotion, briefings and measurement.
- Developing internal video content from initial concept to finished product, including shaping ideas, preparing briefs, filming using an iPhone or working with AV colleagues, reviewing edits and providing clear editing direction
- Maintaining the BCPA page on the intranet.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal communications processes and tools.
- Responding to queries and feedback from employees regarding internal communications channels and content.
- Supporting the Head of UK Communications with the end-to-end production and distribution of Keeping it Brief, the bi-weekly UK newsletter, including content collation, editing, proofreading, building, layout and sending.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Lunch with Leaders programme, from developing proposals and identifying and briefing hosts and speakers to internal promotion, event logistics, facilitation, and gathering and analysing feedback to inform future sessions.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of London Town Halls and other priority local events, including the annual partner event.
- Sharing responsibility for the governance and day-to-day management of UK internal communications channels, including CC Today UK, lift posters, Viva Engage and electronic signage. This includes managing content submissions, maintaining publishing standards and processes, proofreading copy supplied by subject-matter experts, and ensuring content is suitable and ready for publication.
