Junior Trainee – Global Financial Markets

We are looking for a junior trainee for our Global Financial Markets department.

Within our approachable, friendly, and team-based way of working, you will collaborate with a Team that advises on a full spectrum of financial products the most influential financial institutions on the Italian scene, including banks, investors, sponsors and lenders – including private equity funds – as well as large corporations.

Our way of working is based on an international environment, with a high level of collaboration and frequent contacts with other Clifford Chance offices around the world with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible service to our clients.

Our Global Financial Markets team is currently composed of a number of professionals who act on many of the ground-breaking deals in Italy and have become trusted advisers to the corporations and financial institutions that define the global markets.

• You are ideally a recent graduate or you are enrolled on a Master degree course, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
• You are interested in starting your career in Global Financial Markets and, for this reason, you have excavated the subject during your studies thanks to in-depth study, internship / campus / summer school experience etc.
• You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
