Purpose of role
Working closely with the Global Head of Lateral Partner Integration, and alongside the Lateral Partner Business Development Senior Manager (US), this role ensures a consistent global integration framework while tailoring delivery to regional market dynamics, partner profiles and strategic priorities. - Design and execute bespoke 24-month integration plans aligned with individual partner business cases and firm strategy, including structured 0-12 month plans with clear milestones and early intervention points.
- Act as the primary integration lead for senior or strategically significant ROW lateral hires.
- Collaborate closely with the Lateral Partner Business Development Senior Manager (US) to ensure consistency of standards, tools and reporting.
- Coordinate with HR and Recruitment teams on lateral partner on-boarding and early-stage operational readiness.
- Work with Global Product Group Leaders, Sector Leads, Office Managing Partners and regional leadership, together with Business Development and Practice Management colleagues to advise lateral partners on embedding transported client relationships, client engagement strategy, cross-selling opportunities and internal navigation.
- Support client engagement initiatives, pipeline development and early commercial traction, and partner with the Communications team on internal and external profile-raising.
- Facilitate formal and informal connections across practices, sectors, regions and business professionals.
- Ensure new hires are supported both culturally and operationally, with appropriate connection points, sponsorship and practical support.
- Identify integration and retention risks early and work with HR/Talent and business leadership on mitigation and development pathways.
- Provide direction and mentoring to junior integration team members and contribute to a high-performing, globally consistent integration function.
Your experience
- Significant experience in partner integration, lateral hiring, business development, talent strategy, talent development, HR or related roles within a global professional services or law firm environment.
- Proven ability to influence partners and senior stakeholders across regions and operate credibly in a complex matrix environment.

- Strong understanding of client development, partner economics, financial modelling, business case assessment and profile building.
