The Transformation Manager role will work closely with our Senior Transformation leadership in India and be primarily responsible for delivering transformation projects across our Business Professional (BP) functions and ensuring that the project benefits for our firm and our people are fully realised. This role may also support transformation projects for our Global Business Units (GBU).
Who you will work with
The Transformation Manager will be responsible for delivering priority transformation projects based on guidance from BP functions or GBUs; resourcing the projects; determining and scoping the approaches; identifying additional revenue opportunities; implementing effective change management and communications plans; ensuring that new ways of working are transferred effectively throughout the BP or GBU function globally; and tracking the resulting return on investment. In doing so, you will develop a network of sustainable relationships, understanding stakeholder needs, identifying ways to address these needs and demonstrating influencing skills to deliver business objectives.
The success of this role will primarily be measured by feedback from Transformation Portfolio Manager, BP leadership and local stakeholders; the extent to which the transformation projects yield sustained benefits to our clients and the firm; and the successful roll-out of new ways of working.

You may also be asked to provide support to transformation projects related to GBUs

What you will do
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Helping articulate the vision for transformation and the case for change within the BP function and driving buy in to the vision from internal stakeholders
- Gathering and interpreting data that supports the transformation vision
- Demonstrating world class change management and communication skills
- Displaying advanced skills in the areas of process improvement; stakeholder engagement; technology and AI implementation and project management
- Defining and deploying new ways of working on business processes, including technology and AI, resourcing models and digital solutions
- Managing a range of complex improvement and change management projects
- Tracking and promoting benefits/value to drive further engagement
- Collaborating effectively with Business Professional stakeholders
- Engaging in managed or self-directed learning to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and other relevant technologies, and applying this knowledge to drive transformation across the firm.
Your experience
You will possess the following experience:
- Track record of delivery of business transformation service change & transformation projects and programmes within a professional services environment
- Management of a number of multi-disciplined, complex and strategically important projects from end-to-end and realised associated benefits
- Prior experience in the application of consulting skills, creative, strategic, critical and organisational thinking is essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
