I am Head of Legal Project Management, and I work with our legal teams and clients to deliver efficient and world class legal transactions. My role also includes the responsibility to help oversee and grow the Legal Project Management function across the firm's different regions from US, Europe and APAC. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, I worked in financial services for 10 years in a range of operational and commercial management roles.

I enjoy and find the work at Clifford Chance challenging and varied every day. I also appreciate the fact that Clifford Chance is a very people-orientated firm, and that comes across in the way the firm approaches many things.
My most rewarding experience
Recently working on a transaction with our Regulatory team, we were able to re-design the process to complete a complex jurisdictional survey online and deliver to the client an interactive dashboard that summarised the legal analysis. What I enjoyed about this project was the fact we were able to truly understand the client's needs and design an innovated product that was beyond the client's expectations.

My advice to anyone considering a career at the firm would be to be prepared to be flexible and persistent with what you want to achieve.
