Job Description

Your job responsibilities will include:

You will be the right hand to the lawyers in our Banking & Finance department. The main part of your job will be preparing and formatting documents, so you will work with Word on a daily basis. Additionally, you will prepare reports, work with spreadsheets, communicate with the team, other departments, and our clients. You will prepare billing materials, plan meetings, and provide complete support for business trips (hotels, flights, travel arrangements...). You will also participate in the preparation and assembly of documents for final signing (scanning, copying, printing, binding).

Your work will be diverse and definitely not routine. You will have other colleagues in the team whom you can turn to and who will help you learn everything you need.


What is important to us:

  • An active and responsible approach to work. We expect independence and ownership from you - completing tasks on time is our priority.
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech and good knowledge of English. We have international clients, so you will frequently work and communicate in English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. You will mainly work in Word; basic Excel skills are sufficient, and you will occasionally prepare PowerPoint presentations. It is important for us that you know how to format documents according to a given template, which we will be happy to teach you.
  • Flexibility and strong organizational skills. Client work is unique, so it's good to manage your tasks effectively and be ready to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. Your work often involves details and specific requirements.
  • Technical skills. Experience with cloud storage will be an advantage, and the ability to learn to work with new systems and technologies will make your job easier.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in a similar position is welcome.
