The Role

The responsibilities of the CL&K Apprentice can be broadly split into the following key areas:

  • Provide support in managing firm's e-marketing and tools (Vuture, Eventogy and Alumni)
  • Oversee the firm's email marketing operations, including email creation, proof-reading, contact list management, etc.
  • Assist Vuture and Eventogy users in sending out Newsletters, Publication and event Invitation emails to the clients.
  • Reviewing the marketing databases to identify the eligible contacts in compliance with the data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Help support the set-up and implementation of various processes and procedures concerning the delivery of a suite of standard reports for our key stakeholders.
  • Manage time efficiently to support the existing CL&K team members in accomplishing their task at hand
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the platforms, liaising with technical support teams as necessary.

  • Good interpersonal and written skills
  • Good communication skills
  • You will need to manage and prioritise multiple projects and respond quickly to requests which have a short turnaround time
  • You will be confident, resilient and focused
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Our The Client and Legal Knowledge (CL&K) team manages key communication tools, Vuture Vx and Eventogy, to support the firm's marketing strategy. They handle email marketing campaigns, event management, and integration with the CRM application, InterAction. The team provides global support across all shifts, prepares campaign statistics, and ensures data compliance. They also offer training and resources to users, enhancing client engagement and brand awareness. Their ad-hoc workflow ensures timely and effective communication.

The purpose of this role is to work with the CL&K team in Delhi and support the global offices with managing important time sensitive client communications.
