Job Description
The Role
The purpose of this role is to primarily, work with a team of colleagues in supporting the firm's Client Intelligence tools which include a client relationship management database, key communication tools (i.e., Vuture Vx and Eventogy), and pitch & matter repository to support the firm's marketing strategy. These tools are integrated with the firm's infrastructure applications.
This role will essentially involve supporting the team to deliver client services, managing business expectations.
This role requires the candidate to operate during regular working hours of APAC as well as UK time zones, and ideally have the flexibility to provide additional support, depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the CMD Apprentice can be broadly split into the following key areas:
- Understand the implementation of various procedures around the delivery of all reporting requirements and support in accomplishing such tasks
- Gather knowledge and support the business in all our marketing systems
- Support on projects to improve the data integrity of all our marketing systems
- Review and clean the data as per guidance provided by the team
- Provide additional support for activities in the CRM database
