The Role
The broad scope of the role involves learning to support and execute programs and processes in the areas of operations, employee engagement, vendor management, and maintenance of HR systems. This also entails learning to provide people operations support to HRBPs, on-boarding/off-boarding, L&D of new joiners, reporting, etc.
Key Accountabilities
- To comprehend the company's policies and procedures and aid the Manager - HR in policy review activities.
- To learn the importance of Data purge in the organisation and provide assistance in the Quarterly Data purge exercise for hard copies under the guidance of AM - HR.
- To understand the company's culture and actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including Fun at Work and other committees, by assisting in organizing events, celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
- To assist in completion of assigned projects/ ad hoc tasks within specified timelines under the guidance/ training of HRBPs.
- To acquire the skill of collaborating closely with both internal and external colleagues to gather best practices and market data.
Your experience
This person should have:
- Freshers with bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- History of excellence in academics and personal achievements
Skills and Activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical capability
- Flexible and able to respond to changing business requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
- Deliver agreed services to the required SLAs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and take ownership of the various HR operations processes
