Working in Record to Report Interoffice team whose responsibility is to support the end-to-end Process, timely and accurate management of deliverables to the stakeholders/Local offices and to bring in new efficiencies by bringing up improvement ideas to the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely recording of all month end items before closure of GL books as per the agreed KPIs
- Well versed with the invoicing and settlements/netting process.
- Resolving the issues arising during Intercompany invoicing process
- Reviewing the Payment Matrix & Initiating the payable booking and settlements between offices.
- Analysis and resolution of the open aged items with follow ups from Local offices.
- Process expert in timely and accurate preparation of Inter office reconciliations
- Excellent Data Analytical skills
- Work closely with the team to develop plans and assist with business requirements, problem resolution.
- To understand the policies and principles required for smooth running of the process and keeping processes and transactions Audit ready.
- Enthusiastic team-player who can combine creativity and expert skills in solving complex problems
- Need to improve & optimize the processes over time
- Commerce Graduate with 4+ years Post qualification experience in Industry.
- Experience in Interoffice/R2R process
- Experience of ORACLE & HFM will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting timelines
- Highly motivated and creative, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and dedication
- Organizational and Strategic thinking
