Associate, Equity Capital Markets, Hong Kong

• Provide legal advice to public companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
• Assist in the preparation and review of disclosure documents, including prospectuses, circulars, and announcements.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, directors' duties, and other compliance issues relating to the operation of listed companies.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission.
• Participate in due diligence investigations and the drafting of transactional documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in securities law and corporate finance.

• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputable law firm.
• Strong academic credentials in Law.
• Experience in capital markets, Hong Kong IPO, securities law, and regulatory compliance for public companies in Hong Kong.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), with the ability to draft complex legal documents in both languages.
• Proven analytical, research, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
