Deal or no deal? De spanning stijgt en de tijd tikt. Heb jij het in je om binnen 24 uur de deal over de finish te trekken?
In samenwerking met Rabobank organiseert Clifford Chance op donderdag 9 en vrijdag 10 november de Business Course ‘Best of Both Worlds’.
Je krijgt de kans om onder toeziend oog van topadvocaten en zakenbankiers een complexe case te voltooien rondom het thema transitie naar een duurzamere economie. Dit doe je in een dealteam van juridische en financiële studenten. Zo ervaar je in de praktijk hoe de samenwerking tussen een advocatenkantoor en een bank bij fusies en overnames verloopt. Clifford Chance selecteert 15 studenten voor de rol van M&A advocaat en Rabobank zal 15 rechtenstudenten selecteren voor de rol van investment banking adviseur.
Tijdens de Business Course krijg je een kijkje in de keuken hoe het is om te werken bij de corporate finance tak van Clifford Chance en Rabobank. Je krijgt de kans om onze collega’s te ontmoeten, onze kantoren te bekijken en de cultuur te ervaren.

Het selectieproces voor Best of Both Worlds ziet er als volgt uit:
- 16 oktober 2023: sluiting inschrijfperiode
- 16-20 oktober 2023: het maken van de Watson Glaser assessment & persoonlijkheidsprofiel
- 23-27 oktober 2023: selectiegesprekken
- 27 oktober 2023: uitslag selectieprocedure
