The Role
As a part of the Operational Resilience Team, you will help support the delivery of the firm's resilience framework. You will work closely with the Senior Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist, co-ordinating efforts on business continuity and operational resilience processes.
What you will be responsible for
As a Business Continuity Advisor in our Risk and Compliance team, you will support a range of business continuity and resilience work including but not limited to:
- Managing the review and audit of business continuity plans in Fusion to ensure they adhere to the global standard, and liaise with the relevant location plan owner to ensure updates are completed
- Coordinating regular working group meeting with the BC Representative globally
- Support the maintenance of all Operational Resilience policies to ensure they are always current and understand the implications of recommended changes
- Assisting the Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist with any other responsibilities required
- Supporting ongoing review and management of Business Continuity tools training
- Reviewing and coordinating business continuity efforts for India Office(s)
- Act as the first point of contact in case of a crisis management situation at India office and ensure the global crisis management structure is followed.
- Influencing the stakeholders in order to ensure adherence, tracking progress.
Your experience
Skills & Experience
- Any Graduate shall be eligible, relevant certificates in the domain of Operational Resilience will be preferred
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact and influence senior stakeholders
- Exposure to Fusion and mass notification tools will be an added advantage
Your career experience so far
- You will have experience in compliance and operational resilience gained at a commercial organization.
- You will have a good academic history and some experience in dealing with various facets of operational resilience. You will need to demonstrate that you can thrive in a team with high professional standards and a flexible client-friendly commercial approach.
