Job description
In specific he/she will provide support on the following activities:
- Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, capability statements, CVs, website profiles and directory submissions)
- Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction)
- Support in the drafting of internal communication activities and initiatives
- Assist in all facets of event management & coordination: invitation drafting, emailing campaign, registrations follow-up, external suppliers relationship, on-site support and post-event analysis
- Participation in our online marketing planning and execution
The successful applicant will:
- Have a university background and being enrolled in a Master's Degree in Marketing- Business-Communication or Law
- Be an Italian native speaker and be fluent in English, both oral and written
- Be a team player, hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Be digital savvy
