Client Catering Supervisor

• Supervising the Client Catering team (currently 2 coordinators) to provide catering assistance to clients and visitors to the office;
• Communicating and working closely with Reception to ensure that guests are served with drinks and with colleagues to ensure their meetings are served with appropriate F&B;
• Ensuring that meeting rooms, office pantry and break-out areas are clean and tidy at all times;
• Ensuring pantry is stocked appropriately, clean and well kept;
• Assist with selecting and ordering catering for events;
• Cover Receptionists during their lunch breaks;
• Cover Reception from 9.00-12.00 when a Receptionist is on planned leave, hence working hours of that day will be changed to 09.00-18.00.

• 2 years supervising skill in hospitality or catering work preferably in professional industry;
• Previous experience in working as a receptionist and use of switchboard is preferred;
• Work experience in large corporation;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate good use of initiative and a pro-active approach to work. Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Friendly manner and good team player;
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently;
• Good telephone manners and knowledge of PC applications (Internet, e-mail, MS Office).
