Clifford Chance is currently looking for lawyers specialised in corporate and M&A, preferably between four and six years of experience.
You have successfully obtained a Belgian master's degree in law. You are a native Dutch or French speaker with fluency in English and respectively French or Dutch and preferably between four to six years of experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer. And of course, your legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable, and you enjoy a job well done.
Candidates should have an excellent academic record, the drive to convince, and the energy and analytical skills necessary to master complex matters.
Candidates must possess the ability to draft impeccable legal documents with precision and clarity.
We act for clients, ranging from global businesses to small enterprises, on a broad range of corporate aspects. We advise clients on their strategic and challenging transactions across all the major markets and in many cases with, multi-jurisdictional dimensions.
Together with the partners and counsel, you will serve clients with their corporate/M&A law aspects. You will be part of a strong team, and you will contribute actively when we advise on take-overs to private M&A and major restructurings under company law, handling private equity and venture capital to co-ordinating joint ventures, advising on equity offerings and private placements, facilitating privatisations to overseeing delistings.
