The Role
As part of the India HR Team, you will work directly with Senior Manager – Learning and Leadership Development in executing and delivering global talent priorities for the India offices, ensuring seamless deployment in alignment with regional needs. You will collaborate with HR colleagues across various functions and work closelymwith global HR teams to implement initiatives that support the firm’s talent strategy and roadmap.
Additionally, you will facilitate execution of the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for the India offices, working in partnership with the India leadership team, the HR Director for India, HR Business Partners, the Global Head of Talent Management, and the Global Director of Inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Here are some of the activities you can expect to be involved in which include, but are not limited to:
- Talent & Organisational Development Implementation: Execute global Talent & Organisational Development initiatives within the region by working closely with HR Business Partners, the wider HR team, and business stakeholders. Support planning, campaign execution, and tailoring of products to meet regional requirements. Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication to ensure smooth implementation of talent initiatives.
- People Performance & Assessment: Implement and support the firm-wide performance approach, ensuring alignment with global frameworks. Drive a culture of ongoing feedback and performance development through execution and facilitation.
- Career Framework Enablement: Support the implementation of the firm’s career frameworks and contribute to career enablement initiatives.
- Talent Development: Execute talent interventions such as coaching and mentoring programs by coordinating with HR teams and ensuring effective deployment.
- Talent Technology Execution: Support the implementation and adoption of talent management technologies (Workday and other tools) in the India offices as part of a firm-wide rollout. Ensure smooth execution to improve employee experience.
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Collect and analyze data to track the impact of talent initiatives, generate insights, and support reporting requirements.
- Talent Processes: Support the execution of global talent processes such as succession planning and talent reviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand talent-related needs and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- DE&I Execution: Implement the DE&I roadmap for the India offices by executing initiatives, organizing workshops, and supporting awareness programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement in DE&I: Partner with India teams, global DE&I leadership, employee resource groups, and stakeholders to foster an inclusive culture.
- Data-Driven DE&I Decisions: Track and analyze DE&I metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
Your Experience
Skills:
- Execution & Project Management: Strong ability to execute plans, manage projects effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effective relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align execution with long-term business objectives and HR strategies.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Work successfully with multiple stakeholders and align execution with broader goals.
- DE&I Focus: Ability to execute DE&I initiatives effectively, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent management.
- Data Analysis: Ability to collect, interpret, and use data for decision-making and reporting.
Experience:
- You will have a proven record of being involved in the design and implementation of talent management, performance, career and learning processes and initiatives for large multinational organisations.
- Ideally, you will have experience of helping to design and deliver HR technology systems, processes and enablement of employees to support a talent agenda.
- Experience of working in a matrixed / global environment is desirable.
- You will have experience of partnering with and influencing management teams.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
