Job Description

The Role

 

You will be responsible to provide in updating and coordinating content to support the Global Talent Acquistion team. The role consists of tasks below but not limited to:

  • Providing content management and HTML support for building and maintaining career themes across websites and ensuring best practice across mobile platforms
  • Updating and ensure high quality imagery across all of the Clifford Chance career websites
  • Ensure implementation of coding best practices to optimize page load time, performance, security and scalability of the entire application.
  • Add/remove/change components and site pages to existing tabs/sub tabs ​ · Maintenance of related links in the HTML authoring site according to the new content being posted and completion of various tasks ​
  • Ensuring consistency in components, content pages and branding across all themed sites
  • Providing data and insight regarding website traffic and trends across sites.
  • Content strategy experience, with expertise in using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to create, manage, and publish the pages Create, manage and govern workflows
  • Configure and set up AEM workflows, Sling mapping, Multi-site management including translation framework
  • Provide architectural solutions for page layout and organisation
  • Ensuring best practice with regards to search keywords, support on optimising career sites and improving content placement to enhance SEO
  • Utilising BCM software when gathering quarterly data for reports and using brand sentiment tools such as Oktopost.

Qualifications

Your experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a Corporate/MNC in a similar role, preferably within brand, marketing and communications
  • Good communication skills with  experience of updating/uploading content on the website.
  • Understanding of Website structures, web layouts, template design
  • Basic image assets editing ​
  • Must have a good eye for detail
  • Previous experience in SEO is desirable
  • Confidence providing data and analysis in digital trends
  • Computer proficiency in the following: HTML, AEM, MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Some experience in providing highlevel  data insights via google and Adobe Analytics
  • Previous CRM experience desired but not mandatory
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management
  • High level of positive attitude
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional approach to problem solving
