Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an excellent abogado that have between 4 and 6 PQE that works in the Employment practice area of a prestigious law firm to join our Employment practice in Madrid.

The Work

Our Employment group works for domestic and international clients on different aspects of the relationship with employees within the Spanish market. We advise on all matters relating to the employment relationship, including senior managers' contracts, transfers of undertakings, restructures, collective agreement negotiations, outsourcing and compensation and benefits. We also represent the interests of our clients in employment proceedings brought before the Spanish employment tribunals and the labour and Social Security authorities.

Our Employment team in Madrid, comprising one partner, one counsel and two associates, has been consistently highly ranked over the years.


Qualifications

We would like to hear from outstanding Spanish abogados that have between 4 and 6 PQE in the Employment practice area of a prestigious law firm.

You will have a fluent command of both oral and written English, an excellent academic record and be used to dealing with international clients.

You should be technically rigorous, have first class drafting ability, highly developed analytical and project management skills and a common sense approach to resolving issues.  Conscious of the importance of generating results, you will be proactive, client focused and service-oriented, even when under pressure.

We are looking for people that are flexible and creative in their approach and excellent team-players, capable of developing constructive working relationships with colleagues and clients alike, contributing enthusiastically, confidently and effectively in group situations and discussions.
