Events coordination:
- Support and lead in the organisation of client events, conferences and webinars
- Management of our CRM database and marketing and events management systems
- Coordination with external providers and local associations
Marketing
- Support in the creation and update of marketing materials: brochures, videos, presentations, client briefings
- Digital communication: social media management on the operational and content marketing, corporate website management
- Coordination with local and international teams for all operational aspects.
Communication
- Management of internal communication (news, internal forums, events)
- Management of external communication linked to events and clients communication.
Skills:
- An academic degree (bachelor or master)
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated marketing and events management experience ideally in a professional/financial services or law firm
- Fluency in English is required, French and/or German considered as a strong asset
- Good working knowledge and experience in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
- Good working knowledge of virtual event platforms would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to organise and prioritise work efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to withstand pressure and to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and highly organized
- Take ownership of opportunities, be proactive
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be energetic but calm under pressure
- Use insights from others to help with new ideas, emerging trends and best practice thinking
