Job Description
The role
Managing at 360° level all the accounting and payments related to Partners both in the management report and local statutory. Strong focus on interoffice transactions and tax payments. Responsible for all Taxation, Interoffice and treasury matters.
Main responsibilities/activities:
- Accounting & Payments related to Partners
- Transfer pricing and interoffice reconciliation
- Tax related reconciliations and payments
- Reconciliation between management reporting and local statutory statement
- Treasury compliance: bank accounts, guarantees, mandates
- The incumbent will be also involved as subject matter expert in several projects, among others, related to the structure of the current legal entity and the adoption of a new ERP systems.
Qualifications
Your experience
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 8 years of experience in Accounting and Statutory
- Good knowledge on tax matters
- Good knowledge of transfer pricing
- Proved experience in IFRS and local accounting principles
- Be a Chartered Accountant
- Experience in international entities
- Familiarity with global professional services firm mechanisms
- Be an Italian native speaker and be fluent in English, both oral and written
- Be a team player, able to work under pressure and to deal with demanding internal clients
