Job Description

This role sits in the Global HR Service Delivery Team with operations managed out of Delhi and Hyderabad offices. The broad scope of the role involves managing successful operation and supervision of the, Global Recruitment Operations, comprising of Recruitment Research and  Recruitment Support Teams, liasing with the Global Head of Recruitment, regional HR leads, and members of the global HR community to ensure a seamless and timely delivery of recruitment research and support.

 

Key responsibilities

 

• This role is based from our Delhi Office providing  support to our 30+ offices worldwide to ensure that we attract, recruit and retain the best talent in the market globally

• In this role, your responsibility it is to manage, improve and ensure delivery of the end-to-end recruitment research and support process. You will be managing all members of the team who are responsible for a variety of recruitment processes available to all offices which includes :

o Market mapping, talent Identification, sourcing and candidate profiling services using LinkedIn, Pirical and Google Searched using Boolean string

o Initiating recruitment related processes, managing to conclusion and regular and timely communications with end requester (processes include posting roles, arranging interviews, sending offers, pre employment screening)

o Liasing with candidates, internal stakeholders such as interviewers and hiring managers to ensure the process delivers a strong candidate experience, all the information required by the business and in a timely manner

o Regular review of recruitment reporting, and liaison with offices to clear up anonymalies, responsibility for the data and the improvement of on going reporting

o Ensuring the team are fully staffed and can offer coverage across all timezones supported by the team

• You will be the owner for the following:

o Working with the global recruitment team, local recruitment and HR managers, you will lead on ensuring a best in class service, documenting processes, defining TAT and SOPs and reporting and managing the service once agreed

o Ensuring the team work together efficiently and maintain consistently high standards or quality, adhere to the defined processes

o Developing and supporting a high performing team who remain motivated and connected and take responsibility

o Setting up and guiding the team through training and development

o Assisting the team when tasks or issues are escalated and aiming to resolve those with the end-user/requester in a timely manner

o Validation and distribution of regular reports, KPIs and all ad- hoc reports as required.

o Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and governance to Global GR policies and Internal Audit recommendations.

• You will set and maintain service levels and to deliver a high standard of quality and output whilst managing stakeholder expectations

• You will need to establish a structure so that all work is completed in a controlled, accurate, timely and consistent way to ensure data integrity and quality; in accordance with standard policies and ensuring that statutory requirements for all offices are met. 

• You will be responsible for conducting trainings, refreshers and updating documentation & controls.

• You will  enhance the development of the skills of the team, aiding the career development of your members by sharing regular, ongoing feedback through regular catch ups. You will be responsible for Appraisal process of your team ensuring feedback is sought from the end users and the Global Head of Recruitment and relevant stakeholders.

• You will identify & recommend new recruitment work that can be transitioned to India and lead transitions as and when required.

• Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills

• Team handling ability and maturity to drive performance and manage effectively 

• Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership, team, other employees

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Ability to interpret and extensive variety of instructions in verbal, written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to maturely handle escalations and work under pressure in demanding situations

• Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly

• Ability to respond to grievances or concerns from team members and other relevant process stakeholders

 

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience, with 7-8 years of experience managing a team and people is essential

• Experience and understanding of recruitment/Talent Acquisition in a global context is mandatory

• Strong proficiency in ATS such as Smart Recruiters or Taleo is mandatory.  A strong working knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage.
