Job Description

The Role

 

This role provides administrative and analytics support for Global Reward & Benefits initiatives. The Global Reward & Benefits team is responsible for designing and implementing an effective and efficient Reward & Benefits service for employees and Partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of Reward & Benefits activities in the following areas:

Job Evaluation and Benchmarking Data Submissions

  • Submission of job matching data for benchmarking for Fee Earners and Business Professionals to our measurement organisations (such as Willis Towers Watson ("WTW")/Mercer/Aon)
  • Analysis of market data from our providers (such as WTW/Mercer/Aon) and developing standard information packs to support decision making
  • Advisory support to HR Business Partners ("HRBPs") and our Recruitment teams with regard to Job Evaluation and providing compensation ranges 

Annual Salary Review for Fee Earners and Business Professionals

  • Under the guidance of the Global R&B Team and close collaboration with the HRBPs, you will maintain the ownership of our salary review timetables and guidelines
  • Providing guidance to HR Business Partners and salary reviewing managers on the review process and the use of Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Regular communication with HRBPs, responsible for providing project deadlines and updates
  • Support for budgeting and modelling processes for compensation planning
  • Providing data and analytical support to HRBPs/Global R&B Team during salary and bonus review cycles

Off-Cycle Data Maintenance and Governance

  • Ensuring off-line salary and bonus decisions are captured in Workday
  • Regular review of job profiles, compensation grades and maintaining on the Workday system
  • Upload of new compensation grades and profiles
  • Supporting pay gap analysis and reporting processes
  • Working with our International Mobility team regarding all relevant compensation activities

Establishing Central Service Delivery for Key Benefits

  • Work closely with the Global R&B Team, Service Delivery Head and HRBPs on transitioning benefits processes and centralise operations in Hyderabad for Global Benefits
  • You will be a key driver in mapping tasks and identifying opportunities to set up centralised operations for Global Benefits Administration (Insurances, Pension Administration amongst others)

Skills

  • Highly analytical with a problem-solving approach
  • You will be competent in working with data, with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • You will be highly efficient with strong organisational and teamwork skills
  • You will be flexible in approach and be able to deliver multiple tasks within a pressurised and demanding environment
  • You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, manage priorities and deal with high volumes of work
  • A strong communicator, you will have a friendly, confident, and outgoing manner and an ability to build rapport easily
  • You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power point presentations

Experience

  • You will have performed a Compensation/Reward and Benefits Analyst role in a large commercial environment, ideally Professional Services. It would be beneficial to have also worked in a Shared Services environment
  • Experience in using Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits applications
  • You will have been actively involved with the successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews. You should be capable of providing operational delivery and be comfortable in partnering with the business
  • The ideal candidate would also have good experience and knowledge of Benefits administration/management using a benefits system, ideally Workday.
