GENERAL SUMMARY:
The main practices of the São Paulo office are M&A, projects and finance, capital markets and regulatory work. Our key transactional practices are top ranked by Chambers & Partners. We work with the world's leading investment banks and with the largest Brazilian corporates and other multinationals.
Clifford Chance São Paulo is seeking a part-time Intern who will help with the administrative tasks involving but not limited to: business development efforts, translations, review of documents in Portguese, conduct due diligence, and general contact with clients and local counsel (as needed).
Qualifications
Complete fluency (verbal and written) in English and Portuguese are required. Spanish is preferred. Please submit resumes in English.
