Job description
- Assist in advising clients (including real estate developers, institutional investors, public institutions) on various real estate transactions and projects, such as acquisitions, disposals, leasing, real estate finance, and urban planning.
- Help draft and negotiate real estate contracts and related documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and support transaction processes.
- Provide legal advice on real estate and cross-disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and offices, including the Tax Law and VAT team, the Corporate Law team, the Global Financial Market team, and the Funds team, as well as with external specialists.
- Support and learn from senior team members.
- Holding a university degree in law (Master) in business law, real estate law, and/or public law.
- Some experience or internships in real estate law, ideally within a large international law firm.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Open-minded, proactive, dynamic, client-focused and resilient.
