Job Description
We are looking for an experienced junior to mid level associate to join our growing practice in Hong Kong IPO team.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years practice experience
- Practice experience on listing of PRC companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange from leading international firms in China
- Preferably qualified in the US and/or HK
